Account Deletion Request

At Big MeatMart, we respect your privacy and the control you have over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below based on the platform you’re using.

For Mobile App (Play Store & App Store)

  1. Open the App
    Launch the Big MeatMart app on your mobile device.
  2. Log In
    If you’re not already logged in, tap on the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the bottom right corner of the screen and log in with your credentials.
  3. Go to Your Profile
    Once logged in, tap on Profile from the hamburger menu.
  4. Request Account Deletion
    Scroll down and select the Delete Account option. Follow the prompts to confirm your account deletion request.

What Happens After Deletion?

Once you initiate the deletion process, your account and personal information will be permanently removed from our system. This action is irreversible. Any outstanding orders or subscriptions will be canceled, and all data associated with your account will be erased.
