1. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the size of the order. You will be able to view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
2. Delivery Times
We process and dispatch orders quickly to maintain our quick commerce service. Orders are typically dispatched within 30 minutes in business hours. Delivery times vary based on location but typically arrive within 45 minutes – to 2 Hours ( business hours).
3. Same-Day Delivery
For local deliveries within Bangalore, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1 PM. Orders placed after 1 PM will be delivered the following business day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number to monitor your shipment. You can track your order through the provided tracking link.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we offer delivery services within Bangalore. We do not ship outside of Bangalore at this time.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is delivered, we will send you a confirmation email. If there are any issues with the delivery, please contact us immediately.
